Funky Orange Wine Alternative

Gnista's Funky Orange Wine Alternative is made with grape and rhubarb juice, cloudberries, and botanical extracts and infusions of apricot, pine, hops, white pepper, almond, orange, and habanero, plus tartaric acid.^[1]

Specifications. Funky Orange Wine Alternative is one of the four products in Gnista's Alt Wines lineup, alongside Crisp, the Italian Red Wine Alternative, and the French Red Wine Alternative.

Production. The bottling is made in Sweden and launched for Summer 2025 together with Crisp. Both are produced in batches: Gnista describes Batch #2 as having more body and more balanced acidity than the first batch.^[2],[3]

According to Gnista, nearly 90% of the first batch of Crisp and Funky Orange was pre-sold before the official release.^[2]
