Production Philosophy
FLY Cabernet Sauvignon sits in Obsthof Retter's Edition Sommelier range as an alcohol-free grape essence built from a single wine grape variety rather than from a finished wine. Instead of filtration, the essence is clarified naturally. It is then matured in the historic Pöllau castle cellar.[1],[2]
