Composition & Vinification
Sauvignon Blanc — Sole Component. The essence is drawn from the Sauvignon Blanc grape alone. Obsthof Retter states that it is made 100% pure, with no additives.[1]
Production Philosophy
FLY Sauvignon Blanc is a grape essence vinified from the Sauvignon Blanc grape and made without alcohol, part of Obsthof Retter's Edition Sommelier line. Rather than being filtered, it is clarified naturally. According to the producer, the essence is then matured in the historic Pöllauer castle cellar, and no sugar, water or flavorings are added at any point.[1],[2]
