Production Philosophy
WELL Hirschbirne is a fruit essence in Obsthof Retter's Edition Sommelier line, pressed from fully ripe wild pears grown on old orchard meadows. Rather than being filtered, it is clarified naturally. The essence then matures in the historic Pöllau castle cellar.[1]
