Production Philosophy

Rarität WILD Traube rot is a red wild-grape fruit essence in Obsthof Retter's Edition Sommelier range. Rather than being filtered, it is clarified naturally, and it is matured in the historic Pöllau castle cellar. The essence is built from grape alone: no sugar, water or flavourings are added at any point.[1]
