Background
Sharon Lee — Sharon Li Jialin — furthered her studies in entrepreneurship courses at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York. Before founding Zestea she spent eight years in the organic food and beverage industry, a field organized around the "Farm to Table" concept and its emphasis on environmentally friendly, sustainable food production.[1]
