Vanessa Krogh comes to beverage production from the Norwegian and international restaurant industry. She was 34 years old as of December 2025.[1]
Role & Contribution
Krogh is CEO (daglig leder) of Villbrygg and one of its founders. She established the Oslo company in 2018 with Cornelia Øiestad, a chef and expert in wild and useful plants; both founders had worked in restaurants, and identified there a need for non-alcoholic drinks that could compete in flavour complexity with alcoholic ones. Villbrygg produces complex non-alcoholic beverages from Norwegian wild plants, and Krogh has attributed the range's distinctive flavour profile to that focus on wild botanicals.[2]
