A December 2023 feature lists woody cedar, blackberries, mirabelle plum, muscat grape and geranium, with subtle mineral undertones. An October 2023 article cites caramelized yellow fruits, cocoa, sweet spices and citrus fruits.[2],[3]

Da Hong Pao is a grand cru oolong in the Grands Jardins range. It is a mountain rock tea from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian province, China.[1]
The tea is known as the "grand red robe". Grands Jardins describes it as an ode to imperial China.[2]
