MURI uses Jasmine Tea Infusion in Passing Clouds: sencha green tea aromatised with jasmine flowers, cold-infused to preserve floral aroma while extracting only a little tannin and no bitterness. The linked provenance notes jasmine flowers from Grasse (Grasse, France).[1]
