Production Philosophy
Built, Not Dealcoholized. Blurred Vines Spark is constructed from the ground up using functional plants, rare teas, and fermented fruits rather than being made by dealcoholizing wine. Three Spirit positions it as a non-alcoholic sparkling rosé alternative, subtitled 'The Party Starter.' The producer frames the drink around a functional 'stack' combining caffeine, L-theanine, and chili intended to produce a lively, energizing, and euphoric effect.[1]
Composition & Vinification
The declared ingredients are: a cold brew botanical blend of guayusa, black tea, and green tea; redcurrant juice; strawberry juice; fermented fruit wine (water, apricot juice concentrate, white grape juice concentrate, wine yeast); botanical extracts of hibiscus flower, green tea (L-theanine), schisandra berry, and cayenne pepper; gum acacia; white wine vinegar; wine tannin; natural flavors; tartaric acid; malic acid; mineral salts of potassium and magnesium; and vitamins C, B3, B6, B7, and B12.[2]
Redcurrant and Strawberry Juice — Red-Fruit Character. Redcurrant juice and strawberry juice contribute the bright red-fruit flavours central to the drink's rosé positioning.[1]
Botanical Extracts — Functional and Flavour Accents. Botanical extracts of hibiscus flower, green tea (L-theanine), schisandra berry, and cayenne pepper are added. Three Spirit describes schisandra berry as a rare adaptogenic berry from Siberia used to energize and balance the body.[1]
Structural and Functional Additions. The blend also includes gum acacia, white wine vinegar, wine tannin, natural flavors, tartaric acid, malic acid, mineral salts of potassium and magnesium, and vitamins C, B3, B6, B7, and B12.[1]
Tasting Profile
Appearance. Blurred Vines Spark is a pink, fizzy sparkling drink.[3]
Nose. The nose shows aromas of fresh strawberry, green vines, and delicate tea. Overall the aromatic character is described as floral, vibrant, and fruity.[1]
Palate. The palate carries tannic red fruit, biscuity green tea, watermelon, elderflower, and guava, with bright acidity, elegant tannins, and dry redcurrant. Floral green tea, a lick of chili, and notes of fermented apricot appear, finishing on a lingering biscuity black tea with subtle fruits.[1],[4]

Ingredients Policy. Blurred Vines Spark is certified vegan and gluten-free, and is sulphite-free. It contains clean caffeine, and no artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners.[1]
