Production Philosophy

Origin of the tea. Saicho co-founder Charlie Winkworth-Smith first sampled Lin Junjie's tea in September 2023 at the Great Taste Golden Forks ceremony in the UK, where Lin was presenting his honey-flavour black tea.

Tasting Profile

Nose. The nose carries a rich aroma of dark honey, mango, apricot, and lemon.[1]

Palate. The palate shows ripe pear, grilled pineapple, cedarwood, and a hint of smoke.[1]

Sixty Stone Mountain pairs with miso black cod, glazed pork, and crème brûlée.[1]

Provenance & Sourcing

Ingredients Policy. The leaves are drawn from the Junjie Lin Tea Garden, described as an organic tea garden.[2]
