Kanaya Ibuki Tea Leaf — Aromatic Base. SEISOU is made from 'Kanaya Ibuki,' a tea variety developed at IBUKI's own tea plantation over more than 20 years. According to IBUKI, the leaf is dark green and glossy with a thin, sword-tip shape and carries a rich, dashi-like aroma.[1]
