Production. BITTER is produced by Prima Radice, the farm founded in 2017 by Francesco Orini and Barbara Corazza at Polcenigo, in the foothills of Pordenone on the border between Veneto and Friuli, where the Cansiglio forests meet the Livenza River. Prima Radice is a certified organic farm and works by regenerative methods that include self-production of seeds, plants, fertilizers and plant protection products, minimal tillage, irrigation with collected rainwater, and maximized crop variety.
