Production Philosophy
Williams Birne Sparkling 2025 is a bottle-fermented sparkling pear beverage from Wachstum König, made by the pétillant naturel method. According to the producer, ripe Packham pears are pressed and the juice ferments directly in the bottle, so the carbonation comes from that single in-bottle fermentation rather than from added gas.[1]
