Nose. The fragrance is herbaceous-floral and slightly ethereal, with subtle pear notes and recognisable hibiscus.[1]
Palate. The palate is complex and slightly tart. The mid-palate is grippy, ethereally herbal and astringent, with a hint of pear and a strong mousse. The producer describes good overall harmony and a delicate finish carrying tartness and fruit.[1]
