Lavender & Rosemary Canned Kombucha

by YALA Kombucha

Production Philosophy

Lavender & Rosemary Canned Kombucha is a canned kombucha from YALA Kombucha, built on a black tea base fermented with live cultures from a S.C.O.B.Y. — a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast — rather than assembled from flavourings alone. Its aromatic identity comes from lavender and rosemary, the two botanicals that give the release its name.[1]

Composition & Vinification

The declared ingredients are pure water, black tea, live cultures from S.C.O.B.Y. (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast), and mixed berries.[1]
