Oolong Luxury Sparkling Tea is a fermented sparkling tea built on a single high-grade oolong sourced from the mountains of Northern Taiwan. It belongs to YALA Kombucha's luxury sparkling tea line, and the producer describes that line as made with precision fermentation to deliver gentle effervescence from luxury tea blends. The brewery works in Abu Dhabi, UAE, handcrafting in small batches.[1]
