Production. Brewed in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in small batches. YALA expanded production with a new central production facility in 2024.

Ingredients Policy. YALA states that its kombucha is a natural fermented drink made only from natural ingredients — tea, herbs, berries and fruit — and describes itself as the only globally awarded halal certified kombucha made in the UAE.
