Background
Francesco Orini is a photographer. In 2009 he founded Pietre Colorate, an independent wine culture magazine.[1]
Role & Contribution
Orini is a founder of Prima Radice, the producer of the Agricoli farm ferments BRUMA, AURA, RED AURA, RUBRA and SILVA, the botanical aperitif BITTER, and the single-origin fermented teas KEEMUN, BANCHA and DARJEELING. He founded it together with Barbara Corazza.
In a July 2021 interview, Orini named Bérêche as a personal favourite.[2]
