Production Philosophy
N°5 Pét-Nat Rosé is the sparkling reference in FERAL's range, made by ancestral fermentation — fermentation completed in the bottle, without filtration or subsequent additions. Selected yeast strains carry out that in-bottle refermentation, producing a fine natural bubble and leaving the finished drink below 0.5% Vol alcohol. Within FERAL's lineup, only this fifth recipe is sparkling; the first four references are still, because the lactic acid bacteria strains used in them do not generate carbon dioxide.[1]
