Fermented Rose Petals — Aromatic Base. Rozenblaadjes is a kombucha produced by FIGA and made with fermented rose petals. FIGA describes the result as delicately sweet and bitter, with a characteristic rose aroma and notes of lychee and grapefruit.[1]
