Hidcote Blue is infused with Hidcote Blue lavender, described as the dominant lavender flower growing in the Nordics.[1] Hidcote Blue is made with water, kombucha culture, sugar, tea, lavender, and CO2, all from certified organic production.[1] Hidcote Blue is certified organic under EU Certificate DE-ÖKO-007 and is vegan.[1]
Tasting Notes
Hidcote Blue has a light golden apple colour, a bold nose of lavender, ginger, peach and mashed yellow apples with mild acidity, and a palate dominated by ginger and oxidized apple with mild acidity and a slight bite.[1]
