Palate. A light, lifted structure carried by fresh acidity and a gentle bitterness. Ginger adds subtle warmth, while the fine teas contribute fine tannins, length and finesse.^[2]

Summer Haze is intended as an aperitif and is made to pair with appetizers, ranging from delicate bites to richer starters.^[5]
