Production Philosophy
Sparkling Yuzu Genmaicha is a sparkling tea built on two components: yuzu and genmaicha, the Japanese green tea blended with roasted rice. It is produced by Mindful Sparks, the sparkling tea house founded by Winston Lau, and sits in the company's sparkling tea lineup alongside Sparkling Osmanthus Golden Oolong, Sparkling Dragon Pearl Jasmine Tea and Sparkling White Peach Earl Grey.[1]
