NON's production is based at NONHQ in Melbourne, Australia, a purpose-built cooking facility where a team of chefs roast, toast, steep and extract flavour from whole ingredients including fruit, herbs, spices and teas. NONHQ, which also functions as the company's cellar door and specialist facility, is located in Cheltenham, Victoria.
