Production Philosophy
Combuchont Schraml Brut Rosé 2022 belongs to the Combuchont line, the brand under which Schraml produces sparkling beverages built on tea. Schraml's website describes Combuchont as the world's first cold-filled tea with the shelf life of wine, and states that the line is produced from tea varieties sourced around the world combined with water from the Austrian limestone Alps. The Brut Rosé 2022 is a vintage-dated bottling within that lineup, drawn from a blend of tea, botanicals and fruit rather than from grapes.
