Origins & Story
OMAFRIDA was founded by Adeline Polus in 2022 in Guéthary, in the Basque Country, as an artisanal brand of organic non-alcoholic beverages. The project grew out of a family habit: according to Polus, her grandmother diluted her wine with sparkling water, and this practice inspired her to create a sparkling beverage made from grapes and natural ingredients.[1]
