Composition & Vinification

Fermented Tea Base — Structure and Tannin. ARENSBAK Effervescent uses fermented tea as its base. The natural tannins and dryness derive from carefully selected teas and from layering with oak. The tea leaves are handpicked from trees, not bushes, with roots extending deep into the soil to impart unique regional characteristics and a rich flavor profile.[1]

Wuniuzao Longjing Green Tea — Aromatic Foundation. Wuniuzao Longjing green tea from Zhejiang province, China forms the base of ARENSBAK Effervescent, sharing this foundation with ARENSBAK Rosé. According to ARENSBAK, the tea contributes a fresh, elegant taste with hints of flowers and dried grass, a touch of sweetness, and a dry finish.[2]
