Composition & Vinification

Fermented Tea Base — Structural Foundation. ARENSBAK Red uses fermented tea as its base, which supplies the natural tannins and dryness. The tea leaves are handpicked from trees rather than bushes, with roots extending deep into the soil to impart regional characteristics and a rich flavor profile.[1]

Tasting Profile

Palate. The base tea contributes natural tannins and dryness, reinforced by layering with oak. The Gong Ting Palace Shu Puerh tea brings an earthy, sweetish character with a hint of vanilla.[2]
