West Lake Dragon Well (Longjing) Green Tea — Green-Tea Core. The blend uses West Lake Dragon Well (Longjing) green tea from Zhejiang Province, grown at approximately 500–650 m altitude. According to Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company, it is hand-picked and manually processed by skilled tea masters, with hand roasting carried out the same day.^[1]

Sencha — Citrus-Inflected Green Component. Sencha makes up 8% of the blend and is bottled with added citrus. It is harvested in spring in China's Zhejiang Province.^[1]

White Tea and Herbal Tea Leaves — Blend Components. Organic white tea and organic herbal tea leaves complete the tea fraction of the blend.^[1]

Production. The beverage is produced by Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company, founded in 2017 in Copenhagen by Jacob Kocemba and Bo Sten Hansen, who is Managing Director and Co-founder. Production is by hand and in small batches, with each tea brewed individually by Kocemba.
