Real Fantasy

by Ambijus

Production Philosophy

The name Real Fantasy is, like the rest of the Ambijus lineup, an oxymoron; the brand's product names Act Naturally, Clearly Confused and Real Fantasy are all constructed as oxymorons.

Composition & Vinification

Black Pepper — Spice. Black peppercorns supply the spicy, warm pepper character noted in the profile.[1]

Acidity Adjustments. Apple cider vinegar and tartaric acid are declared among the ingredients, contributing to the drink's acidity.[2]

Tasting Profile

Palate. Real Fantasy is described as fruity, tangy and spicy, with a full, rounded style, ripe fruitiness and a gentle bitterness. It opens with a gentle sweetness and closes with a palate-cleansing freshness, with a touch of lingonberry and oak on the finish. The profile is marked by tannins, the warmth of pepper and fullness.[3],[4]
