The declared composition of Lily is: water, a tea and herb infusion (Sencha green tea, Gunpowder green tea, lemon verbena, Pai Mu Tan white tea, elderflower), fruit juices (white grape, apple, pear), verjus, Citra hops, salt, cayenne pepper plant extract, antioxidants (citric acid and malic acid), and carbonation.[3]

Tea and Herb Infusion — Aromatic Core. The infusion combines two green teas, Sencha and Gunpowder, with Pai Mu Tan white tea, lemon verbena and elderflower.[3]

Fruit Juices — Fruit Body. Three juices are used: white grape, apple and pear.[3]

Citra Hops — Botanical Accent. Lily is made with Citra hops.[3]

Production Philosophy

According to NINO, each of its blends is developed with the support of French sommeliers to achieve depth, balance and structure, and the house aims for a dry, refreshing profile rather than a sweet one.[1],[2]

Recognition

Lily took a Gold medal at the World Alcohol-Free Awards 2025 in London, an award NINO attributes to its balance and complexity. At the 2026 edition of the same awards it received Silver. Falstaff scored it 92 points in 2026.[4],[9]
