Philosophy
Acala selects organic ingredients through blind tasting to assess their flavours and aromas.[1] Acala uses local raw materials wherever possible, sourcing from nearby farms.[1] Acala's factory building is partly powered by solar panels installed on its roof.[1] Acala was a member of the 1% for the Planet organisation from its founding until the end of 2025, contributing 1% of income to preserve ancient forest and protecting 29,700 square meters of ancient forest.[1] Acala uses paper materials for transport packaging, including paper adhesive tape with vegetable glue and paper air bags.[1] Acala is a producer of fine, non-alcoholic sparkling tea with wine and cocktail-like flavours and textures.[1] Acala sparkling teas are free from artificial flavours, colours, and preservatives.[1]
Techniques & Ingredients: What Makes Acala Unique
