Kombucha Inc. is handcrafted in the Meatpacking District, Copenhagen.[1] Kombucha Inc. opened a micro-brewery in the Meat Packing District in Copenhagen in mid 2023.[2] Kombucha Inc. operates a microbrewery from which customers can pick up orders.[5] Kombucha Inc.'s first brew was made in 2019 as a collaboration between friends at home.[2] Kombucha Inc. was founded with the desire to make a non-alcoholic beverage that could resemble anything from a refreshing soft drink to a complex taste like natural wine.[2]
