Passing Clouds

Sparkling white<0.5% ABV

Importer-described process. Blending precedes carbonation; the position of pasteurisation in that sequence is not established.^[4]

Sherbet Daydream

Sparkling rosé<0.5% ABV

A small amount of pickle liquor is added at blending to adjust acidity.^[5]
