A Kombucha Pet Nat. HIBISKUS Pet Nat is a dry kombucha interpretation built on a fermented tea base rather than dealcoholized wine. BOUCHE applies the Pétillant Naturel method to fermented tea, producing complexity, acidity and aroma through fermentation. The result is described as an alcohol-free beverage with fine, champagne-like effervescence.[1]
Tasting Profile
Nose. The nose shows floral hibiscus and jasmine, a floating orange blossom florality, and fresh bergamot citrus.[2]
Palate. The palate is bright and lively in its florality, carried by aromatic acidity, with a fine grown-up bitterness and elegant bergamot bitterness in the finish. It closes with a long sparkling Pet Nat finish.[2]
